Altus Planning Inc. is an Alberta based consulting firm with background and experience in a broad range of health services, from community health to tertiary acute care to research & education, in all sizes of organizations. Since its incorporation in 2001, Altus Planning Inc. has provided a wide variety of consulting services, including operational program reviews, productivity studies, master health service plans, functional programs, preliminary business cases, space analysis & service utilization studies, operational productivity studies and service consolidation studies among others.
